Theresa Grant

Sr. Consultant
Theresa Grant is an enrolled member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians. She has a degree in social work with 39 years of experience at the tribal, state and national levels working to improve the well-being of American Indians. For the past 15 years she has been at KAT and Company as a Senior Consultant in their Native Reach division. Before coming to Native Reach she was the Senior Advisor on American Indian issues and civil rights officer for the ND Department of Human Services and previously worked at the tribal level in child welfare and mental health.

Chance Rush

Consultant
Chance Rush has consulted with tribes and organizations in the areas of marketing, business, community outreach, trainings, and curriculum development for more than X years. His passion for strengthening Native communities combined with his lived experiences has inspired and energized individuals toward healthy living. Chance is graduate of Haskell Indian Nations University and Oklahoma Baptist University, and is a Certified Health Coach from the Health Coach Institute Chance is an enrolled member of the Hidatsa nation. He enjoys golfing, running, acting, and writing. He is married to Tyler English-Rush and lives in Dallas, Texas. Together they have 7 children.

Mike Watson

National Director
With more than 25 years' experience working with Tribes and organizations serving Tribes across the US, Mike brings his leadership and operational skills into each interaction. Known as "the problem solver" Mike will help you quickly and efficiently diagnose needs to effectively match our services to help you move toward your goals. His deep faith and steady hand stand ready to serve you and your citizens.

Abby Muggerud

Director of Communications
Abby meets your audience where they are with the right media at the right time. For six years, she's been spearheading KAT's media strategy efforts with advanced targeting and strategic media distribution techniques. A perennial learner, she received a Certification in Digital Fundamentals through the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), our industry’s standard-bearer for online advertising and best practices. In addition to comprehensive digital campaigns, she has a wealth of experience working in traditional media strategies and has overseen many statewide campaigns with a myriad of different distribution outlets, all successful due to her wealth of knowledge. All in all, Abby makes sure your message cuts through the clutter and stands out to your audience.

Phaden Marcellais

Client Services
The day to day workflow for Phaden includes juggling both website and mobile application projects to ensure the delivery of all products exceed client expectations. Topic areas that he has managed include a wide variety for tribal communities, health organizations, nonprofits, and more. Seamless in approach, he also trains clientele on how to utilize content management systems in an efficient and effective way. Phaden is an excellent team player who prides himself on continuing education that benefits both our clients and KAT as a company.

Isiah Buckley

Client Services
Isiah Buckley is an enrolled member of Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. He served eight years in the United States Marine Corps, and was honored to work overseas in so many countries. Isiah worked with the Veterans Affairs Department within the Standing Rock Sioux tribe, and assisted the Tribal Government during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Isiah stands ready to listen to your unique community concerns and hopes to help you create solutions.
